Matcha Charcoal Multigrain Toasts / Matcha Charcoal Cheese Toasts / The Laughing Cow's 95th Birthday

Baked a batch of charcoal and matcha a long time ago (thankful for the freezer!) and putting them to good use :)

Made some charcoal egg sandwiches with scrambled eggs, The Laughing Cow cheese spread, tomatoes, and romaine lettuce :)

Variety Toasts! Various toppings include dark chocolate spread, cashew macadamia butter, The Laughing Cow cheese, scrambled eggs, berries and bananas :)

One of my favourite breakfasts to prepare because it is gorgeous, simple and yummy! Plus there are endless combinations of toppings to choose from :) It will be such a fun project to do with friends or children!

Matcha Charcoal sandwiches with thick, creamy and luscious cream cheese from The Laughing Cow :) With chocolate spread, berries and matcha granola YUM

Ingredients:
2 slices bread of choice
4 squares of dark chocolate
80g The Laughing Cow cream cheese

Method:

1. Toast 2 slices of bread (any flavours!) - add butter if you wish to!

2. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave for 20s

3. Spread The Laughing Cow cheese on bread slices

4. Top it off with melted dark chocolate, berries and granola for crunch :)
