{Recipe} Colorful Buttermilk Waffles / Boxgreen

Quick and easy breakfast hahaha just make a dozen waffles and place whatever toppings you have on top! One of the best weekend breakfasts because you get to clear your fridge :P

Toppings shown: Greek yogurt, berries, nuts/granola, guacamole, sunny-side-ups

Buttermilk Waffles

Ingredients:

2 large eggs
60g caster sugar
2 tsp vanilla paste/extract
115g unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp salt
345g self-raising flour
475ml buttermilk

Method:

    1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until well-combined. Beat in vanilla extract, butter and salt.

2. Mix in flour and buttermilk alternately in 4 parts, and fold well.

   3. Let stand for 20 minutes while you lightly grease & heat up the waffle iron.

4. Cook as per your waffle machine's instructions.

With BoxGreen, you get to have more (healthy) toppings to choose from! They have recently changed their packaging too :)

I enjoy their snacks simply because of the variety and that it provides a healthier alternative when you just feel like munching on something.

Not to mention, you get to earn some good karma points when you order from them! For every box delivered, Boxgreen donates a meal to the needy through Willing Hearts :)

Do show them some love and support! :)
