{Recipe} Dragonfruit Banana Mango Smoothie Bowl



I love smoothie bowls because they are easy to make, pretty, healthy and most importantly, delicious!! I used dragonfruit simply because they are one of the healthiest fruits, and also for its outstanding colour :) Not to mention it's a cheaper alternative for acai bowls hahaha




Dragonfruit Banana Mango Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

   1 red dragon fruit
    1/2 mango
    1 frozen banana
A handful of baby spinach
    1/2 cup water

(optional)
1/2 tbsp chia seeds 
1/2 tbsp flax seed meal
2 tbsp Greek yogurt

TOPPINGS

Fresh fruits (e.g. raspberries, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, figs, ....)
Superfoods e.g. pumpkin/sunflower/hemp seeds, cacao nibs, granola, dessicated coconut, chopped nuts, ...

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut the dragon fruit and mango into chunks.

2. Blend the dragon fruit, mango, banana, and water in a blender. Add more water depending on your desired consistency. 

3. Garnish with your favourite toppings

Smoothie bowls are so versatile in the sense that you can essentially add whatever you want depending on what you have/like. You can choose to add more vegetables (for the fibre boost) or even omit it :)
