Mother's Day Brunch & Ramen

 

 Made brunch for my mom :) Happy Mothers' Day to all superwomen out there <3



Truffled scrambled eggs :))



Got a loaf of Spinach turmeric brioche from Cedele yesterday and thought it would make a mighty good french toast ;) 

Soaked in an egg-milk-vanilla-cinnamon mixture and lightly grilled :)


Butter croissant stuffed with truffled scrambled eggs

 Served with strawberry yogurt chia pudding! With flaxseed meal, kale powder, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, assorted nuts and berries :)


Matcha latte too!









 Tonkotsu-Shoyu ramen! Broth made from slow-boiling fresh pork bones for almost 8 hours?





Lean pork shoulder was used instead of the usual fatty pork belly ;)
